This is not a Hallmark movie but it is made exactly like one. Two single adults are attracted to each other, then something comes about to wedge them apart, only for them to find true love by the end of the movie. It even has what my wife and I call the "Hallmark Kiss" during the last minute or two.
Ali is a single lady in a job where she was a few months earlier told that she was in line for a promotion. She has a couple of close friends, one a mother of two, and they wander into the tent of a Gypsy at the local carnival. They think this is just entertainment but soon her seemingly outrageous predictions are coming true. One of them is that Ali would meet her soul mate, a man named John. Or that is what they thought she said, but the Gypsy has a very thick accent and is hard to understand
So her friends fix her up with every John they know or know about, over a hundred of them. Meanwhile she meets a fireman who is also an EMT. They hit it off very well but his name is not John. It is Sean. Hmmm...
So all this plays out in a rather amusing manner. It is entertaining. My wife and I watched it at home on Free Vee, streaming on Amazon. What we call good fluff entertainment.
