The Mynah BIrd

Dennis wants to buy a mynah bird but his report card is not good.

An amusing episode. The pet shop owner says Dennis can have the bird free if he buys the cage for $4. Dennis' grandmother is still staying with him and his dad while his mom is away (Gloria Henry was on maternity leave). There is a subplot about Mr. And Mrs. Wilson both needing to lose weight. The funniest scene is a spoof of the Jack LaLanne show on TV. Mrs. Wilson likes him but Mr. Wilson calls him a popinjay. Dennis names the mynah bird George after Mr. Wilson and keeps trying to get him to talk. Funny scene at the end when he finally does.
