When Burts Ford Explorer sport trac is first seen it has the factory rims on it, however when it goes over the cliff and explodes when the camera shows it it has hubcaps not rims and appears to be a totally different make of automobile.

When the FDA geologist wandering the desert dies from a creature attack, the wounds on his back are bleeding obviously orange blood. This is due to the fake stage blood mixing with the fire extinguisher's CO2 that covers the man's body, causing a chemical reaction that turns the stage blood a bright orange.
At approximately 28:37 Burt is testing his remote control dynamite buggy the ground under it dips and springs back indicating a thin piece of plywood under the small gray gravel where everywhere else is just dirt.
When Burt asks Miguel about his seismometer, Miguel says that the aerial antenna got bent. If you look at the antenna, you can see it actually has a 90 degree bend connection in between the 2 pipe sections. Additionally, a seismometer would have no need for an aerial antenna at all as it is supposed to be sitting on the ground to measure vibration activity in the ground.
Mindy uses a microwave to heat up a large piece of meat to attract the attention of the ass blaster, but the microwave was only used for a couple of seconds. The meat would not have been able to heat up enough in that short of time to distract the ass blaster away from the very warm humans in front of it.
