The final credits list David Schwimmer's character as Dr. Christopher Saunders, but the character is called Kevin throughout the film, and is not once called Christopher.
When Dr. Saunders watches himself on the news, his phrasing on the TV broadcast does not match how he said his lines during the taping we saw earlier.
Dr. Larson's tuxedo jacket goes from unbuttoned to buttoned to unbuttoned again during his argument with Dr. Saunders (and then he buttons his jacket as they conclude their discussion).
A nurse would not go without undergarments under her scrubs as that would be distracting .
When Dr. Saunders's Corvette is smashed by the semi truck, there is no driver behind the semi's wheel.
When Laura is showing a potential patient her breasts and later when she is having them removed , she has no visible scars .
There is no way that a medical professional would have his nurse not only pull down her scrubs to show a patient the results of breast augmentation surgery , but have the patient touching the medical staff as well as that would cause the possible spread of germs .
Vanessa has no scars on her breasts at all , despite having had surgery done only 8 months prior .
The red corvette that is totaled at the end of the film can clearly be seen as a prop for the film instead of a real car in excellent condition that Dr. Saunders would be driving. When it rolls over red overspray can be seen all over the undercarriage indicating a fast and cheap paint job done for prop purposes. Also, when the car rolls over you can clearly see it is missing the fuel tank that should be located at the rear between the mufflers on the exhaust system. Again, this is done for the prop to prep it for the crash scene. It could be said this is a factual error because the car would not have been able to be driven if there is no fuel tank at all. However, this was clearly a crash prop used in place of the real corvette that is in the film.
The young woman getting the first breast implants doesn't have anything on her face at first , but in the next shot , she has tape on her eyes and holding the tube in her mouth in place .
There are no visible scars at all on Laura's breasts when she is in the operating room getting her implants removed .
In the final minutes of the film the blonde woman Dr. Saunders glances at is driving a Mustang convertible in what is supposed to be the late 1980s. However, in the windshield of the Mustang there can be seen a registration and safety inspection sticker. The registration sticker had been located on the license plate until 1994 in Texas. Also, the safety inspection sticker is in the shape of the state of Texas. This also was introduced in the mid 1990s. Prior to that the safety inspection sticker was rectangular (the rectangular inspection sticker was reintroduced in 2002 with the Texas silhouette in the center). In slow motion a "7" can be seen in the sticker indicating it expires in 1997 and was issued sometime in 1996.
