Seidy Lopez was born in beautiful Merida Yucatan Mexico. At the age of four, she and her family moved to the United States for the first time in search of a more rewarding life. When she turned ten her parents found it necessary to return to Yucatan with their three children where they would learn how to properly read, write and speak the Spanish language. The Lopez family returned to the states two years later with their children completely bilingual.
Seidy's experience as a performer began at age twelve when she formed a singing group called "Sensation". The group won several talent competitions in Los Angeles. At the age of 14 she decided to hone in on her vocal skills, and with the help of her Jr. High teacher, Mr. Gleason, she auditioned for the Los Angeles County High School for the Performing Arts at Cal State University. As a member of their vocal ensemble, Seidy was given the opportunity to perform in such prestigious venues as the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. The following year at Hollywood High School of the Performing Arts, Seidy discovered theater and focused her attention on acting.
At the age of seventeen Seidy also became a member of an educational theater troupe called "Project Able ". The theater troupe toured venues throughout California, including jails and juvenile halls, teaching AIDS education.
Seidy's big break came in 1993 when Alison Anders cast her as Mousie in her critically acclaimed movie "Mi Vida Loca", Seidy captured the essence of life in the hood for Los Angeles female gang members. Starring in this film helped Seidy gain recognition in the Latino community and gave her the opportunity to work with other wonderful directors such as; Quentin Tarantino, Joel Schumacher and Antoine Fuqua. However the director that has been most influential to her career has been Gregory Nava, casting her in films such as Mi Familia , Selena and later reuniting her with Esai Morales in his wonderful series American Family. Seidy's career has continued with unforgettable roles such as Cindy in the Film Luminarias, Elian's mother in The Elian Gonzales Story, Gabriela in the self titled film, and the coy sexy bakery girl Cynthia Limon in the television series Resurrection Blvd.

Entering the Mexican film industry in the 1930s, it didn't take Arturo de Córdova long to become a major star, specializing in action and adventure films. At the height of his popularity he was beckoned to Hollywood in an attempt to make him a "Latin lover" type in the mold of Ricardo Montalban, Fernando Lamas and Gilbert Roland. María Ofelia Medina Torres is a Mexican stage and screen actress, dancer, singer, screenwriter, radio producer and activist. Born in the ancient city of Thor, today Méridia Yucatán, but spent most of her childhood days in Mexico City, where she studied dance at the Academia de la Danza Mexicana, and graduated as interpreter and teacher of classic, regional and contemporary dance. At 11 Ofelia Medina became a part of film director Alejandro Jodorowsky's pantomime children's group, and participated in the "Efímeros" shows. In 1977 she traveled to Los Angeles to further educate herself at the Lee Strasberg Film & Theatre Institute. Ofelia Medina's career in the film industry took off at 1968. She has since then appeared in more than 75 feature films and television productions. One of the more memorable is her portrait of Frida Kahlo in "Frida, naturaleza viva" (1983) directed by Paul Leduc. Over the years Ofelia Medina has been active in student and human rights movements and she was one of the founders of Comité de Solidaridad con grupos étnicos marginados (Committee of solidarity with marginalized ethnic groups). The first Mexican organization for the defense of the Human Rights of the Indigenous peoples of México. Ofelia Medina is aiming to make her debut as film director in the near future, with the project "Tortilla" - a film in the spirit of Dogma and Cine Pobre.- Actor

Laura Patalano began her career in her native Mexico, after graduating from El Instituto de Arte Escénico, where she was trained professionally. Her recurring television credits include This Fool in which she plays the role of Esperanza Lopez, Gentefied in which she plays the role of Beatriz Morales, The L Word: Generation Q in which she plays the role of Nana, and Victor and Valentino in which she plays the voice of Grandma Chata. Laura Patalano was also cast in Vida, Bosch, The Politician, Undone, Mayans Mc and Shameless among many others. Laura Patalano was also part of the award-winning independent feature film Chop-Shop, which was the Official Selection of Director's Fortnight at 2007 Cannes Film Festival directed by Ramin Bahrani. Other features include The Imperialists Are Still Alive (nominated for Grand Jury Prize at Sundance), Mosquita y Mari (Official Selection at Sundance), and First Girl I Loved which won the 2016 Sundance Audience Award for Best of NEXT. Ms. Patalano, starred in the Imagen Award-winning short You're Dead To Me (2013) for which she also won the CMG Film Festival award for Best Dramatic Actress. This short film was accepted in over fifty film festivals around the world, winning several international awards. On top of winning best actress award, Ms. Patalano was nominated for best actress for the Bronze Lens Film Festival in Atlanta Georgia. Recently she decided to give it a try in the Voice-Over field, landing a recurring role in the animated series Victor & Valentino, plus numerous commercial. Mexican audiences have seen Ms. Patalano in the stage productions of Una Esfinge Llamada Cornelia, Frida Kahlo, Vamos a Contar Mentiras and A La Diestra de Dios Padre among many others. Her New York credits include Las Hermanas Mirabal, La Fotografia. She created the role of Carmen Antonia in Thalia Spanish Theatre's bilingual production for The Ladies Room/Baño de Damas, for which she won an HOLA Award for her outstanding performance and was also nominated for ACE Award for her performance in The Ladies Room as well. Lorenzo Vigas was born in Mérida, Venezuela in 1967. He graduated in Molecular Biology from the University of Tampa, Florida. In 1995 he moved to New York City to study film at NYU. In 1998 he returned to Venezuela to direct the documentary series "Expedition". From 1999 to 2001 he worked with Bolivar Films and Cinesa directing ads and documentaries. In 2004, while living in Mexico, he directed "Los Elefantes Nunca Olvidan" (Elephants Never Forget), the multiple award-winning short film that premiered in the Critics' Week section of Cannes 2004. Then he filmed for more than 5 years the documentary "El Vendedor de Orquídeas" about his father and the search for a painting. It will be released in 2016. With his debut feature film "Desde Allá" (From Afar) Vigas became the first Venezuelan to be invited in competition to the Venice International Film Festival and he wrote Venezuelan film history when he won the Golden Lion 2015.- Actress

Irma Dorantes was born on 21 December 1934 in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. She is an actress, known for Sol en llamas (1962), Timeless Love (2010) and La hija de Moctezuma (2014). She was previously married to Pedro Infante.- Mexican film, television and voice actor, with a career spanning over four decades. With a trademark deep, coarse voice, Alcocer dubbed many characters in major American films and TV series for Latin American market, including The Munsters (as Herman Munster), Get Smart (as the Chief), Batman (as The Joker), Kojak (as the main character), Daktari (as Dr. Tracy), among many others. Quoted as a major influence by many current voice actors in Mexican dubbing industry. Details on his death other than date (October 2nd, 1984) are uncertain.

Queer Venezolana based in Los Angeles focused on telling female driven and queer stories. Writer, Director and Producer of Salta (Dive), a coming of age short film that premiered at the 2017 Tribeca Film Festival and got a Jury's Mention, it also won Best Short Film at the 20th Pink Apple Festival (Switzerland), available on Prime Video.
