Tabyana Ali is an American actress from the great city of San Antonio in Texas.
Tabyana is thrilled to have the opportunity to work on General Hospital, one of the longest running and most popular daytime soaps of all time and is honored to be a part of its legacy. She has quickly become a favorite in her role as Trina Robinson, half of the love match between her and Nicholas Chavez as Spencer Cassadine. Their fans have affectionately given them the blended name, Sprina.
She is also known for her roles in Horror Noir (2021), The Big Show (2020), Shimmer and Shine (2019) A kid Called Mayonnaise (2017) and Stuck Together starring next to Shanti Lowry, Vince Rossi and Paul-Mikel.
You can also see her as a supporting lead in the feature film Empire Waist written and Directed by Claire Ayoub. Missi Pyle, Rainn Wilson, Jolene Purdy and Mia Kaplan star. The film follows a group of teens who overcome societal biases through inclusive fashion design and friendship.
She landed her first commercial at the age of 8 and knew from that moment that acting was in her future. At 11 she had her first screen test for the pilot Brenda Forever which starred Ellie Kemper. Her journey continued with the opportunity to audition for some of Hollywood's biggest casting offices leading to the present.
Tabyana is a multi talent to keep your eyes on. She not only acts but she sings, dances and writes. Her first short film, "Before It's Too Late", was released in 2021. You can find her two newest children's books, "My Flower Child" and "My Super B" on Amazon and Barnes & Nobles. These are the first two books in a series based on her life experiences.
Above all Tabyana has a mission to empower young women of color to embrace who they are. She is very vocal about mental health and how to cope with issues that arise as a result of bullying, self doubt and discrimination. She is a Celebrity God Parent within the organization, Saving Our Daughters. This non profit organization was co founded by Kiki Palmer and Curtis Benjamin with the intent to empower girls to become influential women. Tabyana's segment with Cinderella, Brooke Monae, aired 9/26/23 on ABC Localish.
Above all Tabyana is grateful for her supportive and loving mother Jacqueline Ford and her sisters and brothers who are her biggest fans and cheer leaders. She could not have done this without them.
