Sam Frost (born 4 April 1989) is an Australian actress, television and radio personality. She first won the hearts of the nation after appearing on The Bachelor Australia in 2014, described as the quintessential Aussie girl next door. Frost then starred in the very first Bachelorette Australia in 2015. In 2015, she also became a national radio host working alongside comedian and TV personality, Rove McManus, for 18 months. During her time on radio she also appeared on Hell's Kitchen Australia. In 2017 Sam joined the cast of the long running Australia TV drama, Home and Away as Jasmine Delaney.
Sam has proved herself to be a natural born actress and has been praised for her incredible work ethic, natural instincts, warmth and determination. During her time in radio Sam won Radio Presenter of the Year, Women of the Year Awards (2016) and after her first 6 months in her role as Jasmine Delaney she was nominated for the Graham Kennedy Award for Most Popular New Talent, TV Week Logie Award (2018)
