Born in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, to Narendra and Rashmi Sharma, she is the proud sibling of two brothers and a sister. Paridhi's educational journey led her through Emerald Heights International School, followed by the completion of her MBA from Prestige Institute of Management and Research in Indore.

Venturing into the glamorous world of entertainment, Paridhi shifted to Mumbai after her studies, initially making a mark with print shoots and television commercials. Her acting journey commenced with the Star Plus show 'Tere Mere Sapne' in 2010, where she portrayed the characters of 'Meera' and 'Rani' for two years. Following this, she graced the small screen in the popular Star Plus serial 'Ruk Jaana Nahin.'
