Joel Souza is a filmmaker based in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he lives with his wife and two children. As its writer and director, Joel is excited to make his theatrical feature debut with the gritty portrayal of life behind the wheel of a squad car in "Crown Vic."
Was shot during the production of "Rust" along with cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, who died from her wound. The bullet traveled through the center of Hutchins's chest, out her back, and into Souza's shoulder.
