Joe Rogan has issued a statement expressing his regret over his use of the “N-word” in clips circulated by songstress India Arie.

Rogan was depicted using the racial slur two dozen times in the clips, which were used by Arie to illustrate why she was withdrawing her music from Spotify, where Rogan licenses his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience.

The controversial podcaster has been under fire since Neil Young asked for his music to be removed from the service to protest Rogan’s content. He was joined by several other musicians and podcasters.

Comedy Central has a new digital series for Snapchat users’ eyes only. The cable TV network launched the Snapchat-exclusive scripted comedy web series Stalled, starring The Next Great Burger host and comedian Owen Benjamin, on December 21, 2015.

Running each day on Comedy Central’s Snapchat Discover channel, Stalled tells the story of an apathetic mall worker (played by Benjamin) who would rather spend his time being lazy in the bathroom than doing his job. Throughout the series’ episodes, Benjamin’s character ends up meeting an odd mix of other mall employees who show up to use the bathroom, portrayed by comedians like Nick Swardson, Esther Povitsky, and James Davis. Levity Entertainment Group (Leg) has a new vertical for comedy fans to enjoy. The production company, which owns comedy venues across the U.S. and is backed by Madison Square Garden Entertainment, launched the comedy YouTube channel Wait for It on May 29, 2015.

Created by Leg Digital, Wait for It will feature names from Leg’s own network of 300+ comedians, as well as burgeoning internet entertainers. Shows on the new YouTube channel will include exclusive content, segments from Leg’s roster of talent, and collaboration clips with digital stars. Wait for It will even incorporate Twitter and its associated live streaming app Periscope for timely delivery of live comedy performances.

Christina met James, a camera technician, who has worked on over 40 TV shows and films, on the set of the former ABC series, Pan Am in 2011. They announced that they had gotten engaged in February 2012.

“Getting to say ‘fiancé’ instead of ‘boyfriend’ is my favorite thing,” she told the mag in July. “I can’t wait for ‘husband.’”

This is the perfect time for her to get married!

Sullivan & Son revolves around a successful corporate attorney who gives up his life in New York to return home to help run the family bar in Pittsburgh. Comedian Steve Byrne has been spending quite a bit of time in a not-so-swanky bar in Pittsburgh, Pa on his new TBS show "Sullivan & Son," with Vince Vaughn doing the behind-the-scenes legwork as executive producer.

The pair spoke with HuffPost via phone to discuss their new series, Byrne's difficulty landing roles as a Korean-American and Vaughn's new film "The Watch."

Steve, what's it like playing a character who's loosely based on your life?

Byrne: It's been a lot of fun. The biggest transition for me is going from doing a standup where you can be as outlandish or crazy as you want to such a structured environment. You have to stick to the script!

Most stars don't have much of a say in what their characters are up to, but as one of the writers of "Sullivan & Son," you must have a lot control over it. What's that like? Do you find yourself abusing it?...

In a double-play TBS followed the series debut with a second new episode that averaged more than 2 million viewers. In the 18-49 demo, the second episode attracted 1 million viewers 18-49 and 456K adults 18-34. Sullivan & Son stars Steve Byrne as a corporate attorney who departs Manhattan to take over his parents’ Pittsburgh pub. "We did this DJ junket last weekend, and we all met at this restaurant. I asked the DJ to play it, and myself and the rest of the cast stood around this fountain and sang that song. [Co-star] Owen Benjamin ended up jumping into the fountain and splashing everybody," co-creator, executive producer and star Steve Byrne tells TVGuide.com. "That's when the booze was kicking in."
