Moritz Schmittat is a German film composer based in London. His recent features include "A Dark Reflection" by Tristan Loraine, "Marry Me" by Kadir Balci and "Scopia" by Chris Butler.
Moritz won the "Best Young Composer" award at the Transatlantyk Film and Music Festival 2014 in Poznan, Poland. He was also one of the three finalists of the "Sabam Best Young European Composer" at the World Soundtrack Awards 2014 were his music was performed by the Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra let by maestro Dirk Brossé.
Moritz has also scored many TV commercials for brands including Audi, Volkswagen, Belvita Breakfast Cookies, Staples Office Supply, Interpharma and Campina.
