Naomi Elana Glick (Naomi Glick) is an artist born in Portland Oregon on September 26th. Beginning at age three Naomi took tap dance and ballet classes. She first acted on stage at age five. Naomi was accepted into an elementary school for the performing arts (Buckman Arts Focus Elementary School) and resided in Portland with her family and friends until 1995 when her family moved. Art was always the class Naomi learned most in. At nine she played Baloo in, "The Jungle Book" for a school musical. In a middle-school production of, "Fiddler on the Roof" she played Chava. Naomi was very participatory at Mercer Island High School with Varsity Cheerleading, a BRIDGES leadership program, Volunteer Outreach In Communities Everywhere, SAVE, Israel Solidarity and Drama clubs, Natural Helpers, JV Tennis, and Island Sound. At 17 she did a nine a - five p M-F program, "Young Actors Professional Intensive".
Upon considering where to go to college Naomi decided acting was that which most compelled her between singing dancing and acting.
Hoped to attend a private liberal arts college though found true passion while attending the University of Washington Seattle. Consecutively enrolled in private acting for the camera classes three years outside of college. Additionally learned Shakespeare culture for a month in London sophomore year. Bob booked her first film audition (Ginger, "World's Greatest Dad" by Bobcat Goldthwait & produced by Darko Entertainment in 2009). College ended in the UW ER because cut with yams in a kitchen after finishing college with two weeks before first move to LA.
Naomi's next filming project, "God Bless America" by Bobcat Goldthwait 2011 felt like a highlight because she met Sean Mckittrick. Sean said, "I hear you're great to work with." and "I could see (sea?) doing a Bobcat film once a year.". Naomi couldn't say anything because she gets addicted to things easily and the camera was being repaired the exact same moment. The cast was taking a break. Naomi was preparing for the following scene and didn't know she could, 'talk business' making a movie.
Naomi has a love for ecosystems stemming from childhood summer vacations with a friend on the Oregon coast and it runs deep... she wishes people will try/do everything for whales (e.g. don't cruise/fix cruise ship sonar first) because she found out cruise ship sonar is threatening to whales' sonar.
Naomi would like to see Chinook salmon in Puget Sound thriving again because their population is low. Otherwise she thinks of creative endeavors for health and film. The name, "Glick" was, "Glück" (pronounced, "Glook" before the Holocaust). Changed for safety and survival purposes to, "Glick".
