Remi Kabaka is a music producer, art director, percussionist and voice actor, known to be the voice of Russel Hobbs, the cartoon drummer of British virtual band, Gorillaz. Remi created and performs as part of Gorillaz Sound System.
Along with his work with Gorillaz, Remi Kabaka has collaborated further with the band's frontman Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett on other projects including DRC, The Africa Express (2013), and Bobby Womack's album, The Bravest Man in the Universe.
Remi Kabaka is also a manager of Steve Lazarides's London art gallery, which regularly exhibits work by the artist Banksy.
