Nansi Aluka

Descendant of a Russian/ Arabic marriage. Her parents met in Sofia Bulgaria. Her father Jordanian graduated as a director from VITIZ (National Academy for Theatre and Arts) and Mother Russian Tatar was a student of philology at University of Sofia. Traveling and living between Jordan, Russia and Bulgaria and attending Russian school she grew up bilingual in all three languages . Moved to NYC in 1993, to appear in several theater productions before relocating to Los Angeles in 2000 and booking several roles on current TV shows. After giving birth to her daughter and taking some time off, she pursued her acting career. She is most known for her work on the motion picture " The Bay" directed by Barry Levinson. Her latest appearance was as a guest on the show "This is Us" opening episode of season 3. Nansi has her own vegan clothing line, has also a great passion for the knowledge of Ayurveda and has attended Kerala Academy. She is also an animal lover and an advocate for the voiceless and firm believer in helping in anyway we can.
