- Claire was born in Montreal, Canada. She is fluently bilingual in French and English. She went to St.Jean De Lalande French Catholic elementary school in Toronto. She attended Beaconsfield High School in Montreal and graduated at sixteen years old with honors. Claire then attended John Abbott College & graduated with honors in Creative Arts, majoring in Theatre Performance. At nineteen, she moved to New York City, where she studied at The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre and received a scholarship for her second year. Brosseau continues to sing, dance, act in musicals, theatre, films and television, as well as perform sketch and stand-up comedy. Primarily she lives and works in New York, Los Angeles, Toronto and Montreal, but has traveled the world working. She has performed at numerous comedy festivals (including Just For Laugh's Montreal comedy festival) and has been interviewed for every major talk-show, newspaper and entertainment show in Canada.
