He is the co-founder and Managing Partner at RB Venture Partners - an investment management and advisory firm with expertise in alternative asset classes. Exley is part of the ownership group and a board member of various professional sports franchises, primarily in European football. He co-founded Rabbits Black, a venture studio with holdings in lower to middle-market opportunities.
