The song ‘Bareilly Ke Bazaar’ from the upcoming film ‘Chatrapathi’ was unveiled on Thursday. The song is a party number and features actress Nushrratt Bharuccha and actor Sreenivas Bellamkonda.

It has been crooned by Sunidhi Chauhan and Nakash Aziz and is a lyrical play around on the ‘Jhoomka gira re Bareli ke bazaar mein’ from the famous song by Asha Bhosle.

The song features Arabic textures sonically with thumping beats on the drum machine. The music of the song has been composed by Tanishk Bagchi with lyrics penned by Mayur Puri.

Talking about the song, Sunidhi Chauhan said, “‘Bareilly Ke Bazaar’ is a very sensuous track and the beats are addictive – We tried bringing in a flavour and vibe that would appeal to the masses and can’t wait for them to hear it.”

Nakash Aziz said, “It was great collaborating with Sunidhi Chauhan and lending my voice to Sreenivas Bellamkonda.

Kartik Aaryan starrer ‘Shehzada’ is an action-packed family entertainer, a remake of the Allu Arjun starrer 2020 Telugu film ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’. Shehzada has elements of everything from romance to drama, comedy to emotion and lots of Kartik’s swag. Kartik Aaryan is rapidly taking strides stepping into larger shoes and tasting super success with films like Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (Akshay Kumar), Allu Arjun’s character in Shehzada and also Salman Khan in the ‘Character Dheela’ song in Shehzada. Plot

A nurse informs birth of two baby boys – one of Randeep (Ronit Roy), a millionaire business tycoon and another of Valmiki (Paresh Rawal), Randeep’s friend and now an employee. The babies are exchanged and only two people are witness to this.

Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon’s much awaited mass entertainer Shehzada’s title track is finally out and how! Looks like the makers have been saving the best for the last, as the track sounds full of life and is sure to light up the room. With music given by ace composer Pritam that is blended beautifully with mesmerizing voice of Sonu Nigam and Mayur Puri’s lyrics, the title track is one groovy song that will make you dance on its beats.

The song was released today by the makers across social media, where they wrote,

The track definitely has us tapping our feet and play it on total volume which has lifted our excitement for the film a notch higher. Shehzada is all set to hit the screens on 17th February 2023.

Ahead of its much-awaited theatrical release across India, the makers of India’s Official Entry to the Oscars Last Film Show (Chhello Show) hosted a star-studded premiere of the film in Mumbai.

Bollywoods 'King Khan Shah Rukh Khan will be bringing the life of King Mufasa alive with his voice in the Hindi version of Jon Favreaus re-imagination of Disneys classic The Lion King. It shows how Hollywood franchises are adding a Bollywood twist to get it going in India.

Shah Rukh is dubbing for the film along with his son Aryan, who is lending voice to the character of Simba, in the upcoming live-action movie.

The music of Tiger Shroff’s upcoming film A Flying Jatt has created quite a stir already. The newly released song, Bhangda Pa, is picturized on Tiger Shroff and Jacqueline Fernandez and also features co-actors Amrita Singh and Gaurav Pandey.

The makers of Dishoom have launched the song Jaaneman Aah from the film today. Starring Varun Dhawan and Parineeti Chopra, the song has been sung by Antara Mitra & Aman Trikha, the music has been composed by Pritam and the lyrics have been penned by Mayur Puri.

With a very heavy heart, we present our tribute to one of Bollywood’s finest music composers, Aadesh Srivastava, who sadly lost his battle with cancer. Our heartfelt condolences to the entire Srivastava and Pandit family. Aadeshji has two sons, Avitesh and Anivesh, with his wife Vijayta Pandit, who is sister of the famous Music Director duo Jatin-Lalit.

Aadeshji was not only a music director but also a background score composer. He gave the background score to many films, such as Humraaz, Ye Hai Jalwa and Paheli, the latter being one of our favorite and most noted background scores.

Talented music composer Pritam Chakraborty is a busy man these days with back to back projects lined up. He is however thrilled after the success of his song ‘Selfie Le Le Re’ in Salman Khan’s next movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

The last few times that Pritam and Salman Khan had paired up, their songs – right from ‘Character Dheela’ (Ready) to ‘I Love You’ (Bodyguard) among others – had become instant chartbusters. And looks like history is repeating itself, as fans give a thumbs up to their newest track, ‘Selfie Le Le Re’ from Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Buzz is that this much-awaited song is proving to be an even bigger than Pritam’s past massive hits with Salman. The ace music director is thrilled with the response the song has been garnering. A source says, “The song is more special to Pritam as this is the first song that has been released post his year-long break.

After the surprising success of Abcd, Remo D’Sousa attempts a second a bite at the apple with Abcd 2. While its predecessor featured an ensemble of dancers and choreographers from India’s various dance-reality shows in starring roles along side Prabhudeva and K K Menon, the sequel features Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor in pivotal roles with Prabhudeva and the returning cast of dancers/choreographers in the periphery.

Sachin-Jigar have reprised their roles as music-director composing a 10-track soundtrack featuring the vocal talents of Vishal Dadlani, Anushka Manchanda, Divya Kumar and Mika Singh.

‘Bezuban Phir Se’ substitutes the videsi interludes for desi ones with Vishal, Anushka and Madhav Krishna behind the mike this time. Pritam, who has been working on the songs for the Salman Khan-starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan wanted a ‘chicken’ score to be inserted in one of the songs and was on the lookout for the perfect sound. When asked about it, the ace music director shares, “It’s a situation song which celebrates chicken and needed a lot of clucking sound with a few cock-a-doodle crows thrown in.”

After a long hunt for the perfect chicken sound, Pritam discovered two experts, Wylie Galt Gustafson from Montana, USA who is a yodeller famous for his chicken yodle song and the creator and voice of the signature Yahooo-oo-oo for Yahoo Inc; and the other is Nernhard Betschart, a leading Swiss yodeller. “I contacted both of them and they agreed to collaborate with me on this song. We recorded on skype and the song has come out really well,” says Pritam adding that he...

Chicken sounds will be a part of this composition by music director Pritam. "The tune came easily, but the lyrics were tricky and took time. It's a situational song and integral to the plot. We wanted it to work for the story and also the audience, particularly kids since the film's hero Salman Khan has a huge kid fan base," informs Pritam, confessing that lyricist Mayur Puri had quite a hard time finding the correct words for the song. We have the first song from the highly-anticipated film Abcd 2 and can we say Wow! ‘Bezubaan Phir Se’, along with being a rocking song. is a complete visual treat featuring Shraddha Kapoor as she burns the dance floor with her mind blowing moves along with co-star Varun Dhawan and the rest of the Abcd 2 gang. This foot tapping, techno number is an extension of the original track Bezubaan from the first film which was a chartbuster, and this version is definitely a step ahead of it. Here’s something cool, ‘Bezubaan Phir Se’ was the first song that Shraddha shot for along with the crew. Speaking about the song, Shraddha said, “Bezubaan Phir Se was the first song we shot, the first time I put on the Abcd 2 dancing shoes.

The first song from Remo D'souza's flick Abcd 2, 'Bezubaan Phir Se', a reworked version of 'Bezubaan' from the first part Abcd (Any Body Can Dance), is out. And it was Remo's idea to use the original track in the second installment.

Remo reveals, "Firstly it's my favaourite track from the film. There was a situation in the film wherein we needed a 'Bezubaan' kind of a song, so I came up with the idea why not have it again? Sachin-Jigar composed it, while the lyrics are written by Mayur Puri. The song is rendered by Vishal Dadlani, Anushka Manchanda and Madhav Krishna. Thus, we came up with an amazing song."

He further adds, "Besides the number 'Bezubaan', a background score from the original has also been used and developed into a song."

After receiving a great response to the first episode of ‘Ball Talk’, (featuring Swanand Kirkire and Ritesh Menon) Mayur Puri is back with the second installment of the show, featuring the outspoken Arbaaz Khan and the gutsy Malaika Arora Khan.

The film under the scanner this week, is of course, Dolly Ki Doli which has been produced by Arbaaz and Malaika.

As Kick continues to do well at the box office, the makers have released a new song promo which features the song ‘Tu Hi Tu’. This particular song has been composed by Music Director Himesh Reshammiya and has lyrics by Mayur Puri. The song has three versions, and the promo features the voice of Neeti Mohan. Singer Mohd Irfan and Salman Khan have sung the other two versions of this song.

In a recent interview to Bollywood Hungama, Music Director Himesh Reshammiya said that his songs which are usually the last to release from a soundtrack, always receive a great response from listeners. ‘Teri Meri’ from Bodyguard and ‘Main Jahan Rahoon’ from Namastey London were examples of this. There is no doubt about it, that these two songs are definitely evergreen hit melodies. We are sure, the same magic will continue with ‘Tu Hi Tu’.

Entertainment is an upcoming comedy starring Akshay Kumar and Tamannaah Bhatia in the leading roles. Directed by duo Sajid-Farhad, the film is scheduled to release on 8 August and promises to be a fun-filled ride. The music has been composed by Sachin-Jigar, who have composed songs for films like Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Ramaiya Vasavaiya. The lyrics have been penned by Mayur Puri. To kick start the album, we have ‘Veerey Di Wedding,’ sung by the amazing Mika Singh. I think the vocals have been performed to a top standard by Mika and it blends well with the techno- themed composition. Though the song is by no means remarkable, you find yourself feeling the rhythm of this one and hence, it has a certain catch to it that may be enjoyed by many listeners.

Kick is the latest Eid offering from Salman Khan after Wanted, Dabangg, Bodyguard and Ek Tha Tiger, all of which have been top grossers at the box office. Kick is a remake of the Telugu film of the same name making this Salman’s 5th remake of a South Indian film in the past decade. The film stars Prateik and newcomer Amyra Dastur, along with Ravi Kishan, Vineet Singh, Neena Gupta, Makrand Deshpande and others for this ambitious film that the key themes of Shakespeare’s play but to a rustic and volatile setting in Banaras. The album brings Sachin and Jigar, Krsna, and Sachiin Gupta on board to rustle up a few gems to fit with the gritty tone of the film. The album is a real treat in that it focuses more on the unique voices of its singers, with the music adding a more complementary tone to the great songs.

Mumbai, July 2: Cast and crew of upcoming Bollywood film, Ramaiya Vastavaiya launched a dance number, starring Jacqueline Fernandez at a promotional event in Mumbai on Monday.

Fernandez and actor Girish Turani danced to the beat and tunes of the dance number titled 'Jadoo Ki Jhappi', the lyrics of which have been written by Mayur Puri and Priya Panchal, Sachin Jigar scored the music.

The film's producer, Kumar Turani, was also present on the occasion along with Jigar.

Fernandez said, "I was finding the choreography very hard and I was finding very difficult to match up to all the steps and the kind of work with.

Action films in Bollywood are riding high on the success of their music. By that fundamental, expectations were high from the music of "Commando - The One Man Army".

The film, starring Vidyut Jamwal and former Miss India Pooja Chopra, does not fall short and impresses with its melodies. The album has only four songs, but they leave a good impression. Debutant composer Mannan Shah has created the four tracks, penned.

About Vidyut, producer Vipul Shah says, “Vidyut is the next big action hero of the current generation.” Adding, “Vidyut trained for six to eight hours a day. He’s performed every stunt himself, without any cables. That speaks volumes of what he has achieved. And it will not just attract certain audiences. The action in the film has lot a of physical movement, grace and style. It is so stylised that it’ll seem like a ballet. Our aim was to take action to female audiences as well.”

One of the most exciting releases of 2013 has to be Remo D’Souza’s Abcd – AnyBody Can Dance, which is India’s first 3D dance film. Sachin and Jigar certainly deliver their best work with this album, showcasing their versatility and delivering a consistently brilliant selection of tracks. Each track gets you immediately hooked and even more curious to see how it will be picturized onscreen.

We start off with a bang with, Shambhu Sataya, a rollicking Ganesh devotional song that packs the punch with its loud percussion, and drums that line the track. Shankar Mahadevan opens the track with a soothing shloka, that gives way to the thumping dhols and nagadas. The interplay between Mahadevan and Vishal Dadlani raspy vocals make this a loud treat.
