Gilbert Bradman

Gilbert Bradman is a young Australian actor. He played Sam Worthington and Phoebe Tonkin's son in the STAN original feature film Transfusion (dir. Matt Nable). His other credits include eight episodes of the AACTA award winning mini-series The Twelve for Warner Bros./FOXTEL (dirs. Daniel Nettheim, Catherine Millar, Sian Davies, Greg McClean) playing the role of Oscar Merrick the son of Brooke Satchwell and Hamish Michael. He played the role of Lou in five episodes of The Messenger for ABC (Dirs. Daniel Nettheim, Helena Brooks, Jennifer Leacey). Gilbert voiced five characters and sang the introductory song for Disney Juniors award winning animated Alphabet Street Series. On stage, Gilbert played the role of John Bechdel for the Australian premiere of the Tony Award winning Broadway musical, Fun Home for the Sydney Theatre Company (dir. Dean Bryant). He has performed in two seasons for the Australian Shakespeare Company. Gilbert has appeared in television commercials playing the lead for The Smith Family in their back to school campaign, as well as for Repco, Qantas and Nickelodeon. Gilbert has an excellent Standard American and English accent and is a dual Australian and English passport holder. He loves being around creative people and has built many long lasting relationships. He has worked alongside his younger brother Alastair and his older sister Victoria. He loves reading, singing, dancing and playing piano & guitar with his friends.
