Micah Daily

Micah Daily is an actress and a philosophy professor. Micah studied the Meisner Technique at The Ruskin School of Acting and the Alexander Technique with Jean-Louis Rodrigue & Kristof Konrad. She has written, directed, and produced several short films with philosophical themes, including "Sinking Beauty" and "New Shoes". Dr. Micah Daily is a philosophical counselor in private practice, and a philosophy and cultural studies professor, writer, director, and actor. Micah studied film, creative writing, and philosophy at Sarah Lawrence College where she did her undergraduate studies. Dr. Daily completed her Ph.D. at the New School for Social Research. She specializes in Kantian and modern moral philosophy, the history of philosophy, and the power of rational discourse to address issues of free speech and hyper-polarization in politics, on college campuses, online, and in everyday experience.
