Michael Rose is an American actor. His film roles include the upcoming The Great Lillian Hall with Jessica Lange premiering May 2024, The 24th, Ride Along 2, Unthinkable and opposite Andrew Scott in the crime thriller, A Dark Place. Michael's major recurring guest star roles include the corrupt investor Carl Rogers in Bosch:Legacy, FBI Agent Bennett in Necessary Roughness, House of Lies, Nashville and guest stars in Lovecraft Country, Westworld and Mad Men.
Michael majored in Economics and Theatre at the University of Georgia, playing football freshman year until an injury sidelined him. His father, Charlie Rose, a teacher and his high school football coach, played football at Georgia Tech. His mother, Sue Gore, co-founded one of the nation's first Emergency Response and HazMat training companies. After college, Michael moved to New York and trained with Bill Esper and Maggie Flanigan at the William Esper Studio. He met his wife, Nancy Rose, a producer at Ogilvy/NY, while filming an American Express commercial in the Masai Mara. They split their time between New York, Atlanta and Los Angeles.
