Jordan Roberts is an award-winning show runner, producer, writer and director, based in Los Angeles. A NYU film graduate with over twenty years of experience, Jordan's work is best known for pushing boundaries of filmmaking through cutting edge, genre bending narratives and investigative reporting.
From the cult classic feature documentary The Kid Stays In The Picture to the Peabody award winning Nimrod Nation(Sundance Channel) and the Sundance Film Festival award winning feature doc, American Teen, Jordan's work and collaborations have amassed acclaim with critics everywhere. In 2016 his creative leadership oversaw the launch of Vice Media's TV Network, VICELAND, developing and producing IP distributed across Hulu, HBO and Amazon.
Since 2018, Jordan has show-run and executive produced Netflix's original series Haunted, a scripted documentary hybrid streamed in over 190 countries. Touting three seasons and a Latin American spin off, Haunted's unique ability to weave documentary confessional storytelling with premium scripted horror film-making has fostered an engaged fandom, generating buzz upwards of 100mm impressions to date.
