Thomas, der Neffe seiner rührigen Sprechstundenhilfe Schwester Agnes, verdreht unterdessen Biggis Tochter Susanne den Kopf, was der ehrgeizigen Mutter gar nicht in die Zukunftspläne passt. Dr. Flanke soll also Thomas fernhalten von dem Mädchen, eine Forderung, die Thomas' Trainer Sepp, der zufällig auch Susannes Erzeuger ist, nachdrücklich unterstützt. Wenn es dafür mal nicht schon zu spät ist.
