However, he does not want to burden the professor and remains silent, so Alicja demands the death penalty for him. From Julka's letter she learns that Winkler has been cheating on her. At the last minute, Brunicki appears in the courtroom and gives testimony, which results in Winkler's acquittal. But Alice's life and feelings are devastated.

Lidia, or rather Hanka Zarska, accidentally meets his secretary Stefan and falls in love with him, and Stefan, of course, does not leave her without reciprocity. But their happiness is hindered by the fact that Hanka is Zarski's wife. After a few days, Relska returns to the stage, where she is partnered with the dancer Lulu Bilska, Stefan's former love. There are scenes full of misunderstandings, and finally, during the dinner organized by Zarski, everything is explained - Hanka is happy beyond her life and has her dream boy.
