Refund eligibility

Refunds are available if:
  • You didn't successfully complete the verification process within 3 days.
  • We weren't able to verify your identity.

Refunds are not available if you cancel your subscription or violate our policies.

Refund process

Your refund process will be based on where you purchased your subscription.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used to purchase the subscription.
All refund requests are subject to approval and may take up to 60 days to complete, depending on your payment method and payment provider's refund terms.

Request a refund

Facebook mobile app (iPhone)
If you purchased your subscription through Apple, you’ll need to request a refund through the Apple App Store.
Facebook mobile app (Android)
If you purchased your subscription through Google, you’ll need to request a refund through the Google Play Store.
Facebook website (Desktop)
To request a refund for your Meta Verified subscription on Facebook:
  1. Log into your verified Facebook account on a computer.
  2. Click in the top right, then click Orders and payments.
  3. Click Activity in the left menu, then click the Meta Verified payment you want to request a refund for.
  4. Click Get help with this payment, then click Get a refund.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Instagram mobile app (iPhone)
If you purchased your subscription through Apple, you’ll need to request a refund through the Apple App Store.
Instagram mobile app (Android)
If you purchased your subscription through Google, you’ll need to request a refund through the Google Play Store.
