As of October 31, 2023, we partner exclusively with PayPal Giving Fund for nonprofits in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. All donations are irrevocable gifts to PPGF and can only be refunded in certain circumstances as outlined by
PayPal Giving Fund’s Donation Refund Policy or when required by law.
Note: the Fundraiser Insights Dashboard is only available for nonprofit organizations that have enrolled to use Facebook’s Charitable Giving tools. Fundraisers for nonprofits not enrolled and Instagram fundraisers will not have a dashboard.
Understand “By campaign type"
Campaign type: The way your supporters donated to your organization.
Types of campaigns:
- Birthday fundraiser
- API integrated fundraiser
- Post donate button
- Generic fundraiser
Find your dashboard
Note: To see your dashboard, you will have to use a computer.
- On Facebook, go to your organization’s Nonprofit Facebook Page.
- Click Insights in the left menu.
- Click Fundraisers.
You will automatically go to the dashboard.
Select your timeframe
You can choose what time period you want to see info from:

- On Facebook, go to your organization’s Nonprofit Facebook Page.
- Click Insights in the left menu.
- Click Fundraisers and you’ll automatically go to the dashboard.
- At the top right, choose:
- 1W: One week
- 1M: One month
- 1Q: One quarter
- Start date and end date: Set a specific time period.
Look at info for specific days

- Click Fundraisers and you’ll automatically go to the dashboard.
- On your dashboard, you can:
- Fundraiser Creations: Hover over a specific date to see the number of donations, donation amounts, or number of fundraisers created for that day.
- By Campaign Type: Hover over a specific date to see donation amounts, number of donations, and number of fundraisers created for specific campaign types on that day.
