Due to regulatory changes, starting December 16, Meta will require that nonprofits in the United States using fundraising tools are enrolled with PayPal Giving Fund.
As of October 31, 2023, we partner exclusively with PayPal Giving Fund for nonprofits in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. All donations are irrevocable gifts to PPGF and can only be refunded in certain circumstances as outlined by
PayPal Giving Fund’s Donation Refund Policy or when required by law.
Eligibility for Facebook’s Fundraising Tools depends on which country/region your organization is based in. Nonprofits that apply and are approved may receive donated funds from PayPal Giving Fund. You will have access to all of the fundraising tools.
Facebook can deny any organization access to Fundraising Tools. Learn more about why an organization might be denied access to fundraising tools.
