You can control who can see your contact info right from your profile:

1. Tap Profile at the top of Facebook.
2. Tap About and scroll down to Contact Info and tap Edit to the right of your contact info (example: phone, email).
3. Tap Edit next to the current privacy of that piece of info and use the audience selector to adjust who you share it with.
