On March 27th, 2022, Super announced his retirement from professional play, citing a lack of passion to compete at the highest level, as well as emotional and mental strain.

- He is one of the most decorated competitive Overwatch players, being a two time Overwatch League Champion, World Cup Champion, Stage 2 Champion, May Melee Tournament Champion, Role Star, All Star and MVP Runner-Up.
- Before his retirement, super was considered one of the best Main Tanks in the Overwatch League. His adaptive playstyle, leadership abilities, and especially his newfound versatility during the fourth season of Overwatch League were significant contributions to his already dominating performance.
- Before his retirement, super was also considered "the face of the Overwatch League", in large part due to his charisma and his professional behavior during matches.
