Dostoevsky's Travels 1991
Pawlikowski made a tricky and hilarious doc that could have been a joint project between Wenders and Herzog. It's also a perfect double feature to Tripping with Zhirinovsky (It's such a shame Pawlikowski stopped making documentaries).
Dmitry Dostoevsky died on September 4. A couple of weeks later I moved to Dostoevsky Street. So it was the perfect option for opening my personal autumn film season in Petersburg.
