How can a film be this wholesome and this sad at the same time???

I was crying. I was pissed. I was laughing... These bitter, grieving, funny, nuanced characters really hit me in the feels and I was left genuinely hoping they're all ok even though I know they're not real lol.

It was beautiful and emotional, and it truly actually felt like an 80's movie in every aspect, which made it feel even more like an instant classic.

Like Ayo Edebiri said: it has a "they don't make them like this anymore" vibe to it, and I loved it.

Estaba llorando. Estaba enojada. Estaba riéndome... Estos personajes amargados, afligidos, graciosos y complejos de verdad me dieron duro en los sentimientos y me quedé genuinamente esperando que todos estén bien aunque sé que no son reales :').

Fue hermosa y emocional, y verdaderamente se sintió como una película de los 80s en todo aspecto, lo que hizo que se sintiera aún más como un clásico instantáneo.

Como dijo Ayo Edebiri: tiene una vibra de "ya no las hacen así", y la amé demasiado.
