  I watched the last half an hour of this film a few years ago. It was more background noise than anything else and from the bits I saw I was didn't enjoy it. The the entire film just seemed random and unfunny.

  I dont usually like musical, or romance films, so this is pretty much the opposite of what I normally like. However, I genuinely really liked this film. I don't know if it was the chemistry between Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone, or the fantastic direction of Damien Chazelle but I had a great time watching this.
