Interstellar 2014
why the hell have i never watched this movie before. this was amazing and so visually stunning. time dilation is my biggest fear in the world and this movie solidified that. I hate that time moves differently its so scary and freaky. i sat down for nearly 3 hours and watched this, I didnt even go on my phone at all. i dont even know what to say besides this being perfect. the only thing i will say is that i did prefer arrival over this. i liked the way they handled time more than this, but both are 10/10, its just preference.

i deeply love this movie. i havent watched a short movie recently and i needed this badly. i loved all parts of this movie and i didnt even go on my phone once. the acting was great and the story was simple but effective. its all i want and need in a movie! i loved this so much

Anora 2024
this movie still holds up watching it at home, maybe even better than watching it in a theater. the first hour of this movie does so much for the rest of it. it sets everything up in a beautiful, fun, and exciting way. but once the mid point reaches, Anora's life starts to slowly crumble and watching her life crumple like that genuinely made me sad watching.
this isn't the type of movie that you would expect to be a screw-ball comedy, but it really hones in on the fact that it is.
my favorite movie of 2024, also the funniest movie of 2024 by far. -

so bob dylan is the coolest effing person on earth ever. i liked that this biopic wasnt about anything else besides bob dylan and how interesting he is as a person. I thought bobby was cool before, but now i know that hes just the coolest. the actors did carry this for me though. idk how it would have turned out if there was different actors. especially monica, elle, and of course the wickedly talented timothee. there really wasnt much…
