Mufasa: The Lion King 2024
I went to see this movie in the cinema with rather high expectations, considering how big the whole Lion King universe is. It felt like they tried to get people of all ages to go watch it, but failed miserably, with a childish and superficial script. The animations are incredibly beautiful, in a pretty color palette, just like the 2019 Lion King. But the songs are so annoying and corny, it doesn't feel like the usual good Disney songs. The whole time I was watching, I felt like Mufasa's character was bad and boring, and all I wanted was for the movie to finally be over.
