Ashwani Kumar’s review published on Letterboxd:
There are couple of sequences that needed a longer runtime and absolutely no disturbance from sound or images arriving from intercuts. These two sequences essentially reflect the moral standing of the entire Los Alamos effort. But I guess that's the problem with subjectivity. How Nolan interprets his source material and what appears to him more important than others is bound to differ from my choices.
I love Nolan's screenplays and I'm definitely in awe of what he has managed to pull, given the incredibly expansive and complex source material. And when seen through the lens of the book, one would also know that he has given us a set of beautiful performances. The actors, especially Robert Downey Jr., have done such a work that all adjectives seem inefficient.
Have explained the film, and tried to provide some context to the events that take place in Oppenheimer (2023) in this article.
