Thomas’s review published on Letterboxd:
Marilyn Monroe delivers a performance that is worthy of a big Hollywood star, but the rest of the film lets her down immensely. “Bus Stop” suffers from a boring, uneventful script, one of the most unlikable male leads I´ve ever seen in a romcom, and a “love story” that is problematic and infuriating rather than romantic and heartwarming. The only memorable parts of this film are memorable because they are annoying and not because they are good. Only of interest for Monroe completist but at least she is stunning as always.
