This absolutely ripped. It's Elvira, what else should I mention? Fun story though! Def gonna rewatch this one soon!! Closer to a nine than a seven.

Colman Domingo and Jeremy Strong showing up in this felt like a marvel cameo to me, I'm sorry😔

Spencer transports you to another world. It doesn't feel like it was made in 2021. With Spencer being filmed on 16mm and 35mm cameras It gives off the tone and feeling of Barry Lyndon and Fanny and Alexander. You are always given this eerie and unwelcome feeling throughout the whole film. Every frame feels intentional and thoughtful. Stewarts performance is absolutely beautiful, mesmerizing and scary. She deserves to be talked about with this award worth performance. Spencer is such a work of art and I can't wait to watch it again.

This generations Barry Lyndon. A film that feels grand, epic, and large in scale, yet feels intimate in it's story telling. The Brutalist is a filmmaking marvel. A film that captures a time, a place, feelings, emotion, and beauty. The Brutalist balances equally artistic nuances technically and artistic nuances poetically. You can feel where the film takes you and it's grasp that it holds you as it drags you there. Such a unique and captivating piece of fiction I've seen and I'll be left thinking about.
