Bird 2024
It has heart, it has light, beautiful landscapes and colours, it is both tender and harsh and has a balanced combination of realism and magic. reminded me of Alice Rohwacher and also Wendy (2020) but most importantly it has Franz Rogowski resembling the most whimsical fairy in a skirt with a backback full of dreams and hopes.

a story about ’what ifs’ and second chances not only at love but also at living. a normal people-esque story for the ages and quite honestly one of the best love stories ever told but in saying that i must be somewhat biased because i loved one day, i watched that movie quite ironically one day i was feeling under the weather and i remember all those years ago i found comfort…
