I think people are going into this a little jaded because we know about the tv show thing, it’s a totally typical sequel, messier narratively and retreads certain beats but it’s got some fun songs and the animation is still gorgeous. Will admit the finale is the best part so i left with most of my qualms softened. Moana is so pretty and awesome
