I’ve seen better and I’ve seen worse but this was not as much fun as one had hoped with that “he’s a big boy now” tagline and that’s a genuine shame (not to mention that header image!). This had so much potential for comedic shenanigans & it just jumped from odd thing to odd thing with little to no explanation and was about the same in terms of there being moments of entertainment or even laughs that weren’t just out of how pure bewildered some aspects left you, too. 

Totally forgettable and generally boring, especially as it’s supposed to be straight-up horror. Spend your hour & a half on something that offers a modicum of entertainment.

Apparently Clint Howard is proud of this film and enjoys discussing it. Including how he had to pay for his own hair piece for this film and had his first sexual experience during it too which honestly sums up the mess of a movie quite well.
