Unsure. Part intellectual action-thriller constructed around one man's quest for true justice that makes excellent use of its quieter, more restrained moments to build up to the inevitable final explosion, but part (the final third) almost feels like it undermines the anti-establishment ideas that took so long to conjure in the first place. Aaron Pierre, however, is really great.
