A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors

A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors

features several of the most wildly hallucinogenic sequences I've seen in quite some time; I'm not sure this could get any more creative than it is. A visual style so unique, fiercely deranged, with limitless bizarro moments around every corner, like being at a magic show waiting for the next silly mind-fuck stunt. With Krueger moulding each kill, preying on the personal weaknesses of abandoned children trapped in a cycle of disbelief and criticism from those around them. Each with their own unique challenges. Nicely bridges the gap between Krueger's wild lunacy in the other films and providing more of a focused, emotional meaning. What a feat! liked it even more than I expected, and even more than the original.
