i thought this was a perfect horror film it was awesome.. it made me so scared of ethan hawke like in this movie hes a awful nasty creep murderer but in real life hes a sweet hippy like guy that likes books poetry and taylor swift like how can you be scared of that lol well this movie shows you can be... anyways im a big fan of ethan hes a great actor i also liked him in dead poets and sinister which is made by the same guy that made this.. its a hard movie to watch for sure when the asshole father hurts his kids you wanted him gone not the children..
also maybe its how i think but one part pissed me off about this movie and it was finney being damn well old enough to not help weird strangers i know it was the 70s and people were more stupid then lol but still he was not a really little child he should have walked the other way well then the movie would have ended in five minutes oh well sometimes i think too hard watching these kinds of films im over here like i would never help someone that creepy...anyways his mask is AWESOME its so cool and freaky i love how ethans pretty blue eyes are the only thing that you can see in that mask.. i also love how the movie is based on the book wrote by stephen kings son joe king... i love that stephen named his son joeking get it? lol thats so clever and he had to be high....
anyways good classic horror movie watch it if you like horror sorry for makeing this so long lol...
ps the name the grabber is fcking funny come on man that sounds silly as hell lol.
