Simply iconic. This is my first time watching this horror classic. What makes Halloween so notable and effective is its simplicity. It perfectly captures the feeling that you're never truly safe. There's a killer on the loose, and even though he doesn’t run, he’s always one step closer, lmao. Michael Myers embodies that constant, unstoppable fear, while Jamie Lee Curtis, as Laurie Strode, brings a mix of vulnerability and courage that elevates the film. Her performance is key to building the tension, and along with the music, creates an atmosphere where calm is never really an option.
