Popeye the Sailor 1933
Public Domain time with Popeye (even if it's just his comic version).
I really kind of missed out on Popeye as a kid because Dave Fleischer really has a creative mind for the visual gags in his cartoons and it's fun to see Betty Boop have a cameo dancing with Popeye.
