All We Imagine as Light 2024
Words will never do justice to describe All We Imagine as Light because this is a film to be felt. We all feel differently, and so I can't guarantee everyone will have the same experience, but what this film gave me in less than 2 hours was a mixture of emotions that ultimately boils down to one thing: it made me feel human.
Between the darkness and the light. Between tradition and modernity. Between the constraints of society and our…

Decision to Leave 2022
It's a premise already seen, but what the Park Chan-wook does with the material is something totally new. From an early stage, the ditector proves to be in control of all the elements. He conducts the film in the way he wants it, knowing where he wants to take us, but never taking us by the easiest path, requiring us to focus all our attention on what is – and is not – on the screen. There are shots and…

Companion 2025
As a film this is probably a 3.5, but I'm not officially a film critic, so I will give it 4 stars because I know this film will annoy all the incels in the world (and they are more and more every day).
Powerful and important message, fun, funny, with very talented people, bringing important questions to the table and some great scenes.

- In the final episode, the man was absolutely on fire! The blocking, the stunning cinematography, the emotionally charged scenes - even a moment of suspense in the kitchen left me thinking he could easily direct…

Hostile Dimensions 2023
MOTELX 2023
Excellent concept, great ideas, original, a bit crazy, relaxed, yet simultaneously ambitious. It loses its way a bit in the middle of the second act, some final terms are too abrupt, and it doesn't all come together. Nevertheless, a good and fun experience that leaves me looking forward to Graham Hughes' future.

Cobweb 2023
If there's something Samuel Bodin knows how to do, it is to create tension and suspense, waiting for the right moment to terrify us. After "Marianne," he does it again in "Cobweb," which uses a very well-crafted script throughout two acts to build up a story that may seem similar to many others but has its originality later revealed. There are chilling moments, and it takes unexpected paths, always supported by excellent performances and highly imaginative camera work.
It's a…
