    Ok, so at the end of the movie there is this scene where Charlie says he "wants to get in the family business" which means that someday he wants to become Santa Claus like his dad.
    However, the process of becoming Santa, as already established early in the movie when Tim Allen accidentally makes him fall from a roof, needs for the current Santa to die.
    So, yeah, Charlie is definitely planning to murder his own father on that last scene.

    I never thought I'd see a movie ripping off "Jason Goes to Hell", but here we have a character that is basically a lame version of Creighton Duke (who is already a pretty lame character)

    Not that this movie was bad (it was ok) but Netflix is kind of becoming the movie studios garbage can. Universal was going to release this, than they didn't want to anymore because it would probably flop, but Netflix doesn't care, they will release anything.
