I graduated high school way before this was the level of the internet, but I got the first baby steps into the insanity that is online harassment and trolling. It do suck, but at least I was gone out of that environment before video chat. Now I've gotta watch my kiddos go through an advanced level of this sort of dumbfuckery.
Blaire and her friends have a crazy night ahead of them when an internet... ghost? troll? decides to take revenge on some real shitty things they did in the past to Laura (and each other) that caused her to unalive herself.
OK, this wasn't great but I did like this whole all screen concept. I really liked 'Host' when it came out and I think it really improved on what was done here. It's just I honestly can only listen to how awful teenagers can be to each other and their bickering and yelling between these "friends" for so long. It was just too accurate to be anything but headache inducing.
Also, that end jumpscare was super lame.
