i was aware of Sean Baker’s game but i didn’t know he was a COMEDIAN. whole theater was cackling from start to finish - ugh that comedic timing was perfection. Mikey Madison was unreal in this movie and i can’t wait to see her in future projects but i have to give a special shoutout to the rest of the cast bc…

“how many ass shots do you think we can get away with?”
the director: “yes”now this is MY 👏🏻 CHALLENGERS 👏🏻 WHAT AN INSANE, WILD, RIDICULOUS, FUN RIDE. that last 45 minutes where it transitioned into a comedy rocked my world. shoutout to the cinematography and sound/music for perfectly matching the tone of this movie. grab your friends that match your freak and go watch this!!! one of my favorite releases/theater experiences of the year

“Cooper, what are you doing?”
“Docking”I am forever changed because of that docking scene. Watched this with friends - some of them seeing it for the first time, some of them rewatching it but seeing it for the first time in IMAX. Some walked out of the theater still crying, some were still talking about it the next day, every one of them emotionally moved in some sort of way. My Lazarus mission has been completed.

this just in 🚨 Babygirl swipes the award for freakiest movie of 2024 straight from the grips of Challengers days before the end of the year
having Harris Dickinson dance to “Father Figure” was a WILD (but awesome) choice. other than that and the cool, breathy, tense music throughout the movie, this was very bad lol
