Real quick. This is my spoiler review, this is my second watch and with that I wanna actually get in it and talk about the craziness of this movie. Alright, holy fuck. My second watch, and I liked it even more this time. The beginning of the movie is actually one of my favorite intros in a marvel movie and it is perfect, Deadpool killing TVA agents with Logan’s dead adamantium skeleton while dancing to “Bye Bye Bye”, perfect. THE OTHER FIGHTS TOO, Deadpool and Wolverine being bloody, and I loved the one with both of them fighting the Deadpool corps, absolutely beautiful.
AND THEN THE CAMEOSSSSS, GAMBIT IN LIVE ACTION BUT ACTUALLY GOOD???? OMG. Seeing Tatum in this long awaited role was so amazing, seeing him fight and talk in the accent was so fun and I cracked up with him. Blade and THEN JOHNNY FUCKING STORMMMM. My theater clapped and cheered with all of these amazing cameos, so so lovely. This wasnt just a cameo infested movie, I liked the story even if it’s the weakest out of the three, but the fights and characters and humor lift it up a lot.
I loved this movie more the second time, seeing Wolverine in his brown suit about to fight the hulk, as Henry Cavill, and in his cowl, omg it was perfect. Fan service??? Yes, but it works here because it’s Deadpool, and he was amazing, making jokes at other studios and other movies like Mad Max. It’s awesome, and I will definitely try and watch again soon.
