Essential, essential viewing. Touches on colonialism and Canada’s history of residential schools in a sci-fi dystopian package. Tugs at your heart and twists your stomach, it’s gripping from beginning to end. Although it left me with one too many questions, it’s so thrilling and also magical in a way. I love female-driven narratives like this - so full of resilience and love.
